1-FLIGHTS

Each traveler must have a valid passport and an entry form required by the tunisian authorities and which will be provided on the plane or at the airport at his arrival.Tacapes Tours does not provide tickets, but can help clients to find flights.
Tacapes Tours is not responsible for any delay, cancellation or modification of the flights, all claims must be submitted by the traveler to the affected airline company.
For flights whose arrival is performed after 12h: 00, the first service of the hotel will be dinner. Similarly, for flights landing at the destination after 19h: 00, the first service of the hotel is accommodation.

2-PASSPORT & VISA

All visitors, without exception (including children) must have their respective passport and users of non-EU nationality must ensure, before starting the journey, all standards and requirements for visa to enter without problems in Tunisia. All children under 18 years must have a permission written and signed by their parents or guardians.

3-BOOING & REGISTRATION

When a quote request for a tour or a selected package is made, the customer will receive a booking e-mail with rates indicated per person and in Euro or in US dollar.
From the date of booking to 21 days before the arrival date, all registrations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total package. The balance will be due 15 days before the arrival. For registration within 21 days of the date of arrival, the reservation will be considered only after full payment of the package.
The payment will be made by bank transfer to our account (50% of the package) in return for an invoice and 50% cash of the package upon arrival.

4:CANCELATION

In case of cancellation by the customer, he must contact us to cancel the trip by e-mail with a receipt, knowing that the cancellation fee will be automatically deducted from the amount paid by the customer in the beginning of the booking:

More than 30 days before the departure: 30 € / person.
Between 29 and 21 days before the departure: 25% of the tour price.
Between 20 and 8 days: 75% of the tour price.
Between 7 and 1 day of the departure: 100% of the tour price.

5-INSURANCE

In accordance with the laws governing our profession, we have contracted with a Tunisian insurance company a civil and professional liability insurance contract. However, we cannot substitute ourselves for the civil individual liability which each customer must hold. We recommend our clients to take out additional insurance. It is essential that you have a comprehensive guarantee: rescue, repatriation, medical expenses, loss or theft of luggage…

6-MODIFICATION

If for any reason, Tacapes Tours is compelled to change the itinerary or the program content of the tour or stay before it starts, the client must be informed by mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by phone to take his decision to choose to cancel the reservation or accept the changes. If for any reason before the guest’s arrival or during their tour or stay in Tunisia, the agency Tacapes Tours cannot provide any of the services mentioned in the program, it is committed to offer to the customer a similar or superior service at no extra cost. In the case of circumstances outside control such as unfavorable meteorological conditions, abnormal and unpredictable circumstances or for security reasons, Tacapes Tours takes the liberty of changing the tour or the stay program.

7-CHILDREN DISCOUNT

Children to 2 years: free.
Child from 2 till 12 years with 2 adults in the same room: 20 % discount.
Child from 2 till 12 years with 1 adult in the same room: 10 % discount.
